Carole Gray is a local designer/maker of decorative architectural stained glass. Her work uses many of the traditional techniques practised by stained glass artists over the centuries and Carole uses these techniques to create work which is highly contemporary and decorative. She specialises in decorative techniques, including sandblasting, kiln-fired paints & stains, plating and false leading. Her aim is to create work which makes the most of available light, exploit the natural beauty of the glass and remain a source of interest to the client for years to come.

 

Carole is also an experienced and enthusiastic teacher of her craft, teaching at her studio in Stansted Mountfitchet and West Dean College, near Chichester.
